Well, considering that it’s all probable, it may very well taste like catfish.  Of course you have to drink with it some quantum latte with a rich ‘”foam” on top!

I do like the idea of a Rotisserie Fabric that not only solves the cooling issue but can also provides entropy isolation via an adiabatic system (the holy grail of computing as people will eventually figure out, and yes, I actually had this on a slide back in 1991.)  This ensures that any entropy in the system is due only to the decision being made and not the system.  

Can you get the prototype going or do you need VC funding?

Not sure on the funding angle. I certainly want it, but I’m concerned about asking for too little, given the scope of the project. I’m not sure how many times I can go to the well on this thing, and maybe I should skip the VC route and go directly to the government – hell, everyone else is, why not me? Particularly when this device shows so much promise….
